Yesterday was a national holiday in our country (1st of May) and the live chat agents were not working. You can try again today. We are not 24/7 available on the chat, but you can always create an account and open a ticket, that way is much faster.

Not sure what do you mean. If you already bought the VPS it's already configured, check your email and you only need the IP, username and password to connect to it. You can do that with Remote Desktop Connection. Thanks!
