I have already asked if this VCC works for US/CA AdWords, however, I would like to make sure... will this card work if I add this card immediately after account creation or need to wait like 3-6 days before setting up this card on AdWords account?

Is this card FULLY accepted on PayPal? When I verify PayPal with this card then I'll be allowed to verify my bing account with this PayPal?

Hey, sure....cards can be added immediately, I don't see a point in waiting. Cards are fully accepted on PayPal. I don't think Bing sees your PayPal card anyway so I don't see why you can't verify your Bing account once added the card to PayPal. Thanks.
