I've purchased 2 VCCs,one for paypal and one regular.
I found out that on paypal vcc you can't edit the country.
Thank you mate! I just wasted 13$

Even worser,the regular vcc (the 20$) one is not even working.
I tried to add it on facebook and it says that card was canceled by the bank and I should try another one.
So the VCC is not working at all = Fake = Scam ?

I'm mostly pissed off for this reason.Before trying this service,the bst owner was very quick to answer my pm's and questions.Now,when I contacted him regarding this and the previous card,he didn't bother to answer anymore.

Unless I'm going to be completely refunded i'm going to shitlist him.
