What will happen if We don't pay Adwords bill?
Like I use VCC of $50 and My bill is $500+
So I need to Pay $450 extra

I'm not too familiar with Adwords billing. You can't spend more than what's loaded on card. Hope that answers your question. Thanks.

Cards can be used wordlwide, it's not a "one time use" card, you can use it as long as you have available balance. Thanks.
