Am i the only one who missed out the part in the start post that the referral have to top up his account with 100$ balance?

its described like you just have to invite other people (or fake leads) and get 50$ instantly, the site would be bankrupt in about 24 hours though with a ref. system like that.

And this makes no sense.

4/If the flipping cookie lasts for 180 days(which is great in theory)...then how in gods name is the cookie suddenly working 3 years later "after sign up".

The cookie is used to track the signup to your account. So anybody you get credit for has up to 180 days to sign up under you using your tracking id. From that point on, he is yours. That means that after the person signs up and you are given credit for him, he is now one of your signups for life and you will earn from activity for life as long as he has that same id.
