I am just looking for the safest and most effective way to get this done. Safety and long term success are more important to me than immediate short-lived success. I have had some very bad experiences with link packages from the marketplace in the past few months. I just want to make sure I do my due diligence while I have the opportunity.

Regarding the anchor text diversity, we would recommend that your main keywords will not be above 10% from the total anchor text ratio, you can get a better understanding at this by reading our guide in here.

Yes, this is perfect for Tier 1, imagine SAPE but with English based sites and high quality designs :)
