Kazakhstan phone numbers are available now. For receiving this numbers you need select Kazakhstan country in "Getting a number" panel.
 
I was trying your service and I keep getting Number has been used to many times. Please check this error and update your site
 
I've tried many numbers for hotmail and none of them work. Update it please, my raiting is going down.

OP you are delusion. Tried residential IPs, proxies, 3G modem, nothing works for Gmail and Bing (Bing starts to give problem about 2 hours ago and none of your numbers are working for bing, my rating is flushing down the toilet as a result of none working numbers). This has nothing to do with proxy/ IP. The fact is that you are reusing the numbers too many time and refuses to change to new batch of numbers.

Each batch of your number can only live for 30 days before ID verification are required upon activation. I understand that you need to make profits but please do it smartly and provide good customer service. Your customer service support only know how to point problem lies with proxy and NEVER EVER admit that you need a fresh batch of numbers. I agree that sometimes the problem lie with proxy but in this case with bing, it is so obvious that you are over using the numbers. For Google, the numbers only work if you are using Russia IPs, a fact that you never explain to your customer and keep blaming customers IP issue. Please change your batch of numbers and mix the telcom provider to avoid leaving obvious foot prints.

Hi friend, for me he even accepts the SMSPVA phone but SMS never arrives!

SMS never arrives could mean two thing. One there is problem with the backend operation or second the telco blocks certain number due to receiving too many messages from the same sender. Again, OP will debate on this and claim that the problem lies with your proxy. **Yawn**
 
When I use the Russian numbers now the accounts get automatically banned or ask me to use another number.
If I try use the Kazakhstan number I never actually receive the text, it just times out after 10 minutes.

Well, then, how you explain thing, that other users can enter our numbers and receive sms from google? I'll tell you. They use very high quality proxy and this proxy well masks their IP from google.
