You can use wherever there is a "voice code."
Notice that you have to use the SIM card at least 1 time in 60 days! Otherwise, it will lock the operator

From my experience, google has limitation on a number of emails can be assigned to a SIM.

1 SIM card, you can create 3 Google Account! As for instagram

what is the main advantage of $0.5 PVA IG accounts compared to Instagram(Fem) (NO PVA) at $0.2? because when the PVA IG accounts ask for verification we can't use the number tied to it right? so we need to provide a new number either using our own sim cards or use your PV service? because I'm looking actually on the aged both in the 3-4 months range as you have stated on one of your replies that $0.5 PVA accounts are 2-4 months while the $0.2 NON PVA IG are 3 months old.
