This service is great!
I just tried it for the first time, to phone verify 1 facebook account.
Their website is in English, but some of the popup screens (i.e. when you signup and need to accept their TOS, or when you complete your paypal payment, etc.) ask you to click on 1 of 2 buttons, and the button names are in Russian. But this is not a big deal, and using google translate I was able to figure out which button is which.
The prices are very good ($0.6 for verifying a facebook account), and the whole process (including signing up to the site, paying, getting the phone number, getting the sms with the activation code) took less then 5 minutes.
Facebook accepted the phone number and the verification code without any problem. And if you are wondering: I was using an account for a person that lives in a different country (not Russia), and it still worked. So it seems that facebook don't check that too strictly.
I will check to see what happens in the next couple of days. If anything changes, I will come back and update this review. But if all is well, I will go ahead and purchase some more codes from these guys, as this can save the whole trouble of photo identifying your friends (which is almost impossible, if you have an account with thousands of friends that you don't know).
