I was using smspva for a while and everything was ok till today.

9 IG accounts are disabled after trying to verify with your RU numbers.

Test:
same proxy > smspva RU number > INSTANT BAN
same proxy > my local sim card > acc verified

It seems like your numbers aren't safe anymore :-(

The numbers had been probably used by someone previously, then they were reissued, sent on sale again and got to us in the service.
Unfortunately, we cannot know in advance which numbers were used earlier. You should ban those numbers and get new ones.

Paid via paypal yesterday, no funds added. Created a ticket this morning, hasn't been answered. I waited all day long but I got to get to work. Is it always so long to receive the funds? Before it was automatically added after like a minute

As for review, I just started using the site and I really like it. Before credits were instant using the "donation" way. But this new system is taking a bit long. I'm assuming it's because of time zome difference? Just wish, credits were instant again. Other then that, great site and service

Paid with crypto. Waited a long time for deposit to be added. After the wait, when I tried getting a US number for Gmail. Gmail says "This number can't be used for verification." Nice. Someone else already used it. Tried 5 different numbers. When I created a support ticket mentioning the same, they replied with try a Russian number and left. When I told them I want a US number. No reply after that for another 24 hours. When they finally replied it said "Please click Ban on the number if it doesn't work. After 4 days, now when I want to finally try using the damn site, no US numbers available (out of stock). Very bad experience with site.

After I sent $5 with paypal, I can't login. Even after I reset password, I can't login with the new password. Always showing incorrect username or password. Can you check on this? My username is mindgamer.

well they just refunded me for the Paypal transfers, since they are venezuelan, i think they didnt like it, i will now try with crypto, if that doesnt work with the resellers

Any commercial payments, payments without comments or payments in other currency - will not be credited. Those payments will be returned automatically within 3 days, with PayPal fee taken.
If you do not know how to make a payment correctly, you can call PayPal and ask PayPal support service to teach you to send "Personal payment".

Recover the password. Close the website. Log in at least after 10 minutes.

We don't reuse our numbers - when you get SMS code and not order additional SMS, the number goes out of the system and sim card being destroyed.

How often do you renew numbers? I am asking because you have currently no American activations number available for any websites.
