I realize I'm more of a lurker than I am a regular posting member (and my relatively fresh account probably doesn't help) but I did order two of these sites (one adsense, one amazon), one a few months back and one maybe a month ago. I don't want to dog on anyones service, but my honest review isn't that great for either site.
Customer service is good, but only when you contact them first. I had waited about two weeks on my site and then emailed for a follow up "It was finished last week." was basically the response. Wish I had been given a heads up.
The first orders' (adsense) keyword was decent, could probably be ranked relatively easily with some real work involved (I'm using mine for other BH purposes, so I never worried about ranking). The keyword was something I would have never thought of, for sure. The second order's (amazon) keyword was good in terms of having a $500 product, but the competition is fairly immense in the niche that was given. Both had a good # of searches a month, in the 1-2K range - but competition and strength of competitors is not a factor taken into consideration.
The websites look very good for what they are. Custom logos look good, and are original and the layouts are clean and smooth on both of the sites. No real complaints there.
The content though is awful. The first site I hadn't even really reviewed it because I wasn't trying to rank it or cared what the content was, but when I got the second site I went to do on-page SEO (which there is very little completed as far as I could tell) I was very displeased. The posts look like content that was spun through a spinner, and then spun three or four more times and then smashed together with other articles to the point where half the time there wasn't even a cohesive story or point to it. I know you can't expect premium original content for a $30 all-in-one solution, but on an amazon page where sales are your main goal... having some sort of readability and point to the posts is kind of essential.
One of the posts included a reference to a coupon code and discount that was clearly an exclusive to the source, so I could tell that no review or follow through was done with these articles.
That being said, $30 or whatever for a website design and light keyword research is pretty good still... But don't expect much from the articles, or from the ability to rank them.
