Honest Review After A Few Weeks (Again)

The team respond quickly, but it seems the servers themselves are ridiculously slow. Response time for my server is around 1s (this is after a great deal of hassle with the support team, it was initially around 2s), any half-decent webmaster knows that server response time should be around/lower than 200ms. I would even take 0.3-0.4s. I have been communicating back and forth sending them screenshots, I'm starting to bang my head against the wall now.

I regret writing my initial review now. It seems the support either don't have a great deal of network experience under their belt or they simply know the issue and don't want to fix it. I'm surprised server response time is so high. I will redact this review if the issue is fixed, but for now, I will have to make it clear that my previous review does not take into account the issue of server response time. An average website should be loading within 3-4 seconds otherwise users are just generally clicking out, whilst I could improve compression my end, the load time is just terrible and makes the whole user experience painful.

An Update:
The problem was fixed, the server is running ok for now. It's still not the best, but it's good for the price. I would recommend them for the price again. My initial review stands.

We have provided you VPS as per specification listed on website
with 10GB ram and 5 core cpu on Pure samsung 850 pro SSD drive


The issue was not due to network or serve

The slowness in speed was due to compression being disabled on website

Once compression was enabled from cpanel > software/services > Optimize website

The website started working fine

There are other factor as well which can be done to make it still faster
based on recommendation given by google in the above URL by
