Just want to let you guys know I had an issue where they set my account up with the wrong name, they inverted a couple letters in the domain name. After a day of trying to figure out why I can't get into cpanel I looked and realized the error in the spelling. I sent a ticket request at 03/25/2015 13:58 and it was fixed by 03/25/2015 14:21. Pretty good service so far.

As DDOS can vary from UDP and TCP attacks


For smaller attacks we do block it using our firewall and server hardening methods


However for larger UDP attacks we do block the offending IP in our core routers

and by contacting our upstream providers.
