Got a 301 redirect to my social media service related site which already had RSP and Ninja on it and was ranking in top 50 for most of the terms.

1. What is the de-index rate of existing backlinks to the domain and would i need to periodically refresh the backlinks to that domain?
2. These are golden expired domains that you find, right?
3. Do i take over the expired domain - meaning can i, in the future, direct it to another URL?

We use expiring domains, not expired. Which means our domains have AGE, where as expired domains have no age. Yes you can change the URL by sending a message to me. You can add some backlinks to your 301 if you want, its good to maintain your 301s.
