You should use the url that you want ranked for sure. How long it takes depends on a number of things. The competitiveness of your keyword and your on page seo are the two biggest things. If your keyword is very competitive you should also supplement it with consistent linking like what you can get from SEO Maximus. Many people have used SEO Maximus and our PBNs to kill it with ranking. We generally don't provide any ranking statistics. There are a number of tools available that can track your rankings for you.

Yea I got that part. But I ordered almost 14 days ago.
Is 10 - 14 days the amount of time it takes before you actually START the link building?
Or is that time amount of time it takes for you to FINISH the link building?
