Yes, they are legitimate emails..we partner with some of the big names of e commerce industry here back in India.

Let me know the cost of the server that can handle upto 1 million emails per day.

Thanks for asking. I see your ticket was replied to and our support operator has informed you that although there shouldn't be problems, shared hosting really isn't meant for viral sites.

So I've been doing this for over 14 years now, and in that time have worked with many hosting companies in many different places for different shared/vps/servers/racks.

I've had a VPS with SharkServers for several months now (since July).

I've never experienced service like this, its a VPS, it's solid good speed etc but that pales in comparison to the level of customer service that I've recieved. It's a real person that actually cares if I am happy or not, that answers questions honestly, and is totally upfront about just what they can offer.

In terms of the VPS, its always been responsive, I'm using it for the testing of a few development projects I am working on so not really stressed it yet but am not too worried about this if I need to. Download/upload speed is tested and excellent.

You simply cannot go wrong here and I'd fully recommend SharkServers!
