DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will bill your account without authorization. I was billed for 18 transactions in 3 days without authorization. The amounts were low enough to not be flagged by my bank but from what my bank rep told me today this was a coordinated attempt to get around being caught. My account never reflected the fact that they were charging me everyday, and the only way I was informed about the transactions was when I was trying to get a flight home and saw that my account was drained due to all of their unauthorized transactions. Needless to say it is theft. I would be safe rather than sorry and never use them.

Customers buy their backlinks using payment systems such as PayPal.
We cannot charge anyone's account without authorization simply because we don't have
access to our customers' money accounts and PayPal password is needed to confirm the payment.
Only the owner knows his password.
It is important to pay attention what payment method is being selected when you're going to purchase
the backlinks. If payments have been made according to the PayPal Express Checkout, it is the reason
for automatic charges. It was the cause for several automatic transactions
We also cannot influence bank charges.
The payment system you use should inform you about your transactions,
it has nothing to do with our system.

!! READ BEFORE USING !!
Hopefully I can get some support here to my issue with LinksManagement.
The case is, out of 20 permanent links I bought half a year ago and still show up as "Active" on my account, 10 are deindexed on google, which I had to discover myself after checking it with scrapebox index check. These links I picked manually about half a year ago and they still show up as "Active" though they hold no value (deindexed). Real disappointment, permanent links and paid money for it.
Next, on-site support doesn't seem to care. Chat agent told me it takes weeks to index links, which is obv all lolz and irrelevant to domain deindex. Then I opened email ticket, where the agent is just replying with same text that she is sorry and how much money I have for new links.. Really? I lose money with this service, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, they ask for new money?
The email agent said they now have algorithm to remove deindexed sites from marketplace (which should have been from the start as they offer automatic placement), but this algorithm should also check for active links if these sites are still indexed. The email agent also said that now they guarantee permanent links for 12 months instead of 6. So I asked her to refund me, cause my links are less than 12 months old, and she replies that this starts from now on only. BUT how does she know my links weren't deindexed in 6 months??? Their system never checked and I discovered it just now, maybe they were deindexed from the start... Looks like NOBODY CARES.
I do like the service. But I don't like where it's apporach is heading to... they should care about the service quality too, not just money.
Can OP get back to me with a reasonable solution?
