I gave the site a whirl - it's rather handy. Bought myself a PR1 link.
It's great that it has the option to pay monthly or to pay one-time (most sites like this only offer the monthly). It's also great that we can refine the sites by various criteria such as topic Moz Domain Authority and Page Authority, as well as OBL (which is SO key!)
The only downsides are that the sites are somewhat expensive for what you get, and some of them are very VERY crowded with OBL (so make sure to refine them by that criteria).
All in all if you are smart about it this site could be a HUGE win for your linkbuilding strategies - just make sure you are careful in building out your campaigns.
(Also worth noting the Paypal contract on Monthly seems to autoextend for 7 months, so you will have to manually cancel if you didn't want a link that long).

I have a question about the service being safe for penguin and panda as I used to use BMR with many of my sites. When you login to the site you get to see the sites that you want to buy links from. It would take g00gle just 10 minutes to see all the links that are available for purchase. What is to stop them from deindexing all of those sites? Sorry about my skepticism but would be interested if you could explain the safety aspect to me. I am sure that others are curious of the same thing.

linksmanagement have great user interface , easy to use , and also costumer service help me very well , my link has been submited very fast at blog that i bought under 48 hours , and my trafict raising after a couple day

Gave the site a shot, and surprisingly found a fairly relevant link quickly. It's a PR2. They have a LOT of inventory, and different types of links. They allow you to choose the surrounding text around the anchor as well.
All in all I found it to be a pretty cool concept, and am looking forward to going through and buying a couple more.

I want to order links. How can I order?

I am not sure how effective a link from Linksmanagement is, I do have registered with them but I just affraid to use their links as I got some comment over few forums not to use the services.. Apart from that when I check their case studies and corresponding ranking I did not really see the ranking as it is show on the sales page, I am not sure if the drop is due to recent update or not.
Also, I am not sure if this is effective in the current Penguin 3.0 era, how does the text content written? Is it written by respective blgo owner or we need to have our own text while getting links.?
Can you show the current results of sites using Linksmanagement services.?
