I like the fact that it combines a lot of tools, and the social media stuff is really useful. But can I produce reports with it for my clients? That is why I like Raven tools myself (Not affiliated, and sorry for 'promoting' them in your thread, but I mention them to compare your service to yours). So how does this really compare to an established tool, such as Raven? I do like the pricing of your basic plan though, might give it a shot.

Any chance of a review month/or even week?
