Each membership allows a maximum of 10 authorize IPS. If you buy multiple memberships you can have 10 auth ips for each.

I think the static ones are the best choice when it comes to social accounts.

You can use from multiple PC to access social if you are using User/Pass auth or IP Auth with multiple ips added to auth.
