I finally got a reply from the seller. Apparently something was wrong with my original order and so he set me up with 10 temporary new proxies unfortunately the username/password for the proxies still don't work. I don't know what to do anymore. I am seriously considering getting a refund because the amount of time it takes him to reply is ridiculous.

My proxies are now working after being informed by the OP that the username is case sensitive which i wasn't aware of. He did say however that he was going to add two extra days of use to make up for the days when the proxies were down.

If you had just copy / paste the proxies inside your bot they would have worked. We have the username and password case sensitive since many have tried to hack into our systems.
