I don't know what is wrong about this seller?????!!!!!!!
I opened a ticket in his site [Request for a test proxy] and after 1 day and more he answered :
Sorry, we can not accept PerfectMoney.
I want a test just for 1 minute, no more and it seems this site is not trustable because they are in dount to give a test to their customers.
Also there is nothing wrong about PerfectMoney payment method and this site is very very simple to use.

I ordered some proxies much more than 3 hours ago and still haven't heard anything about them. Why would you post could take up to 3 hours if you can't deliver that?

Paypal sometimes flags some transactions because the account has a high risk of chargeback.

We already told you we won't accept you as our client. There are plenty of other proxy providers out there so please go and search somewhere else. Also for playing games you will probably need SOCKS proxies and we only sell HTTP/HTTPS proxies so even if we sold you they woudn't work for your needs.
From our point of view in this indrustry if you suspect someone of doing illegal activities we want to stay away as much as possible.
