Well i read all the posts but i still have one question before i buy. I am going to need shared proxies for flagging on CL, being that it is just flagging and no posting they don't need to be private proxies. I just want to make sure your proxies will work for this? Also they would have to be located in the LA,CA area if possible? Thanks!

Does it mean that the proxy server changes it's IP in interval from 10 minutes to 3 hours?
