When dealing with Medium-HIGH competition keywords I tend to stack 2-3 of these packages paired with PBN links/SAPE links for authority. After all - authority is the name of the game when you're competing in those niches. The velocity of this package can definitely pull your rankings up in those niches, but you need the authority to stick longer.

Yes I suggest using 1-2 head term keywords and then 2-3 longtails per package. If not just give me 5 keywords and I'll scrape their longtails/LSI keywords for diversity.
