Well, I'm sorry you didn't have a happy experience, but your review seems to be really unfair.

Firstly, you mention I had to do "multiple revisions", while indeed, the article was revised JUST ONCE, and that too due to incomplete instructions. As a matter of fact, the publisher of that website said that "the article is actually quite good, but it needs a different angle to qualify". He did like the quality initially, but you didn't tell me it needs to also offer solutions to the problems being mentioned in the article, in order to avoid demotivating new entrepreneurs.

Anyone reading this doesn't have to take my word for it, as I'm sharing the same image you shared with me.



I do agree that while trying to change the tone of the article, I might have ended up breaking the flow of the article or leaving some mistakes. It's due to the fact that I had to edit out a lot of things as well as include quite a few new things. But the reason this revision was required was not due to poor quality, but due to the article's tone being different than what was required.

You neither told me about the tone required nor brought it up when I sent over the article to you, seemingly because you didn't know it yourself.

Same with the second article. You probably weren't aware that the site you're submitting the article to doesn't allow mentioning your website in the article. As per your instructions, it was included in the article. This resulted in the publisher rejecting the article for "self promotion".

In short, the publishers didn't complain about the quality, at least initially. Also, I even tried to contact you more than once about the issue, and could have made changes or even written completely new articles for free. I was and still open to offering a full refund as well.

What annoys me is that you don't even mention the facts, and mislead everyone by sounding like I had to revise the article many times, and it was my mistake. This is despite your publisher saying the quality was good but the tone needed to be changed. That was actually the ONLY revision I did, and it wasn't my mistake as I didn't know anything about the tone the articles needed to follow.

Finally, I'd also like to point out that your review seems to be an attempt to boast the reputation of your other provider here, selling content at upwards of $25/500 words.

Anyway, I think it would be better to let this go, just like you mention. I'm still open to put in some more work without charging anything if that helps, though.

I'll also just quote some of the recent reviews, all of which come from highly reputed and experienced members here. This is just to let everyone know what the overall picture looks like. In fact, I've hardly ever received a negative review.

P.S. I usually try to avoid sharing articles as samples that target specific keywords for obvious reasons. I don't want to end up giving away my clients' keywords. However, I share some general articles that can give you a fair idea of the quality too.

Also the price is more than fair and the TAT is excellent. I got 4 articles in less than 36 hours. Other sellers took 3 days+ with only 1-3 articles to do.
