And for the keyword,OP in the mail claimed it to be 2.60 USD CPC which according to SEMRUSH and Google Adwords tool, its around $0.56 only
There goes his claim for "as I dedicated my first class thesis in my London University which is now used as lecture material"

Come to think of it I just checked one he sent me iswel. Said it was $0.80 but it's 0.01.... No commercial intent at all. Op can you please send me my order so I can check the rest? I've been trying to contact you on skype but not 24/7 support like you say

Did you even read this part? "Commercial Intent Analysis" that's whats on the free giveaway page and the free keyword I got had no Commercial Intent. I also already paid $15 for a test order so no I don"t need pocket money. In fact I clear over 1K a day so I;m fine buddy. The POINT of a free keyword was to see the quality before I threw $500 on a keyword package... Dipshit.

At the time of data-mining the keyword had that CPC, I use custom automated software to generate all keywords and it comes straight from Adwords. SEMRush does NOT have up to date data, as well as the difficulty tool there is not accurate either.
I don't want to be rude, but I would like to ask how much time you dedicate to understanding keyword research? Have you analysed more than 800 million keywords? Have you had over 1000 happy clients? Do you KNOW.. I mean KNOW how to determine keyword difficulty? Is doing keyword research your 24/7 full time job? And as one of my repeat customers said, did you read the giveaway?
You also understand I PRIDE myself on making sure EVERY customer is 100% happy, if not, I find a solution no matter what. If you just came to me I would be VERY happy to replace your keyword.
If you want to dispute my University Degree, in which I received FIRST CLASS.. I have a lovely picture in my mortarboard and scroll.. As my lecturers had little up to date information on SEO and data-analysis within the online market, they decided to include this in the 2015 teaching material for 2nd and 3rd year students. I still work VERY closely with my university and have given guest lectures. In fact I am giving one on the 19th March:

Some keywords are easier than others, I am not sure if you were sent here by a competitor, but you seem determined to trash my service. Either way, find me an EASIER keyword and I'll give you a free $8 with a FULL report... Oh and the keyword WILL be EASIER than the one you find... I put my money where my mouth is - which is why I run BHW's most successful keyword service.

I'm not sure if you misread my post, misunderstood it, quoted the wrong person or just got caught up in the moment of defending your service against somebody else, but I am happy with my keyword. I can't see how you can take what I said as "determined to trash my service."
I was seriously considering ordering a decent size keyword package so I requested free keywords from all the providers here. Not because I wanted a free keyword, but because I wanted to test the service. Out of all the providers here, you were the only one to reply. That put you right to the top of list

Just want to add my 2cents on ardleys service. I have made two decent sized orders with him and came out very satisfied with the results. There was a problem with one of the orders and he was nice enough to replace all the problematic keywords which I felt spoke volumes about his customer service.
Some niches are difficult than others. I only understood the extent of this after seeing the different results of the two niches I ordered from him. So, if you have ordered a just couple of keywords or so, you have a small data size to pass the final verdict on the service. Also, it is unrealistic to expect all keywords to be perfect. You will have a few 10/10 which are the golden nuggets and the rest ranging from 6-9/10.
