Okay. Heh. Well, I got the 'free' trial keyword. And really, it's no big deal because the keyword was free, and simply (I think) supposed to be an example of what the OP CAN produce as far as his keyword research 'chops'.... BUT... let me just say a few things (because I believe in open, honest reviews, and TOTAL transparency)... first off, let me share the keyword phrase that was given...

Okay, now yes, this has about 900 searches per month, and yes... technically this has very low competition on the exact phrases, but a couple of quick points here.

1 - This is branded, and whats-more, it's a Disney-brand. Putting aside the fact that nobody is going to outrank megashare.sh on this (I dare someone to try and break their back hurling links at it), this would never be a good bet to get into simply because of the branding issue.

2 - The CPC on it is only $0.62, so from that perspective, it's a loser. No one's going after a term like this to adsense it, even if they do capture #1, we're talking 900 x .62 = 558 potential @ 80% (actual pickup from the SERPs) @ 2.5% (CTR in Adsense - which it had better be around unless you want to get Adsense banned), equals ~ $10/month, and that's a really aggressive estimate. I'm not sure this is worth the back-breaking effort. Plus these numbers assume ranking #1 and dethroning megashare. Lot's of luck there.

3 - It's directly related to a super-niche interest, which is (obviously) watching a movie for free,... so your CTR is going to be abysmal because no one's showing up at your site (assuming you can rank) to click an ad. They're part of the pirate crowd, looking to source the movie stream for free. You could try cpa for some thing/product on it I guess, or content lock the movie - but such tactics have even lower CTR than Adsense for most sites, so be prepared for even less revenue - and I'm not sure you'd get much traction anyway.

So, I guess my review of this particular keyword is this... not so hot. Now, if the OP wants to put his game-day hat on and actually send me a keyword that WOWS me, I'm all for it. I know that this is JUST a sample, and I really don't expect premium keywords for FREE, per-say, BUT... if you're using free sample keywords as a sales tactic in a thread, in order to explicitly show just how AWESOME your keywords are, and then you provide a less-than AWESOME keyword and ask for a review, well... be prepared for a review.

No malice intended. Honest review given. I remain open-minded to the possibility that this was just a quick research job...

I can't believe people are arguing over the difficulty of keywords. Here's the thing, if OP provides you a keyword with low to medium competition and you see amazon, walmart etc.. on the front page then the reason is because no one is properly targeting that keyword. Google will not show you a blank result or irrelevant results on the first page now would it? What's happening is that google is showing you the best sites it possibly can for that term.

If you do a deeper analysis you will see that those websites although have authority but are not targeting that specific keyword in question. If they are not targeting that keyword, plus they do not have backlinks for the pages that are showing up in the SERPs then how are they hard to beat? I bet with some tiered linking you can easily reach the top 20.

Remember that ardley cannot create a magical keyword that will show you no competition at all, he can only find the lowest competition possible. If you are going for an amazon product than there is no way that you won't see any strong websites selling the same product. The difference is that none of those authority sites are optimizing for that keyword.
