The content that we get written is niche related. The sites are more of a generic nature.

The PR of our sites range from 0 to 5, but as stated in the OP we do not select our sites based on PR, we select our sites based upon TrustFlow, Citation Flow (our trust flow is ALWAYS higher than our citation flow), PA/DA, MozRank.

Yea we saw that this morning, that is pretty incredible considering the time frame and the difficulty of that keyword!
