i bought a vps today, Hostwinds Windows SSD VPS is cheaper then other hosting company and has better specs. awesome!

Because of ddos on hostwinds my websites had been down for like 24 hours. I lost 50 to 100$ worth of sales for that time. That sucks. This is BAD hosting. They could turn my website right on,but instead they ASKED ME FOR 100$ PER MONTH for some ddos protection that is their fault!!! WITH THAT MONEY I COULD BUY DEDICATED SERVER. THEY SUCK!

I dont usually Comment on BSTs to often, but I have to step in. These guys are amazing, fast support, quality hosting, Ive been with Peter and his team for a few years now, only hosting company i stick with when I dont need offshore hosting.

I have like 20 vps, 10 hosting plans all business, and i use to have a few dedicated servers for testing.


Anytime I had a problem, his support team fixed it fast, they always email you every so often to check how things are going. Also "Michael" is amazing too helps a lot.

so they are not a bad hosting company at all. You lost 50-100$ they could have lost A shit ton more if they let the ddos go on.

Host winds is literally the most incompetent hosting company I have ever used. Their customer support is literally awful. I've been through 30+ hosting companies throughout my years and they are by far the worst... Stay far away.

WORST SERVICE.

I want to cancel service and so I opened ticket to remove my credit card from system. But Hostwinds closed ticket without removing my credit card. Furthermore, they keep charging credit card. I have opened ticket again and I want refund for the last 2 month's charges.
