great provider..ordered 5k YT views and got even more within the promised time..recommended service..

So as you can see in my previous posts I ordered Views,Likes,Comments from this Seller.

Ran into a few issues:

1. Only received half the order in views before they said they have an issue with the new YouTube Update and the rest will be delayed. (Did not receive any of the 100 likes I ordered and the comments I ordered were horrible. 2 - 3 comments on the video from the same account and I only received 6 of the 25 I paid for.)
2. Before he could even start with continuing with my order my video got removed due to view gaming. I do have proof of that as well. The Video was about "Shin Splints" btw.
3. I told the seller about the ban last night and soon after that he did not reply and went offline. RED FLAG!
4. Did not reply to me the whole day until he saw my post I made earlier. I also made paypal dispute as I got scammed twice last month as you guys can see in my previous threads.
5. He told me he will only refund me $20 of the $26 if I A: Remove the bad review on his thread, B: Close paypal Dispute

He said he will not fully refund me because and I quote: "You ordered cheap views and that will get your video banned". I order a mix from HR and cheap views thinking cheap views are just not high retention.

After looking at youtube analytics all his views came from embedded views on a site.

After I told him I am going to report this on BHW he quickly deleted his messages on skype.

If that does not look like a scammer trying to cover his tracks I do not know! He said he is not refunding and "we will let paypal decide" was his direct words after deleting his messages so I cannot show paypal.

And to top it off, he deleted me off skype.... Typical!

I hope we can get a moderator to please look into this!

You can see the date I paid for the service. The Video got banned on the 02/09/2014 after only half of the 10000 views were delivered. No Likes, and only a few of the 25 comment paid for. Like I mentioned most were comments from the same account two to three times.

Look how the seller operates and deletes messages on Skype so it cannot be used as proof...

What does the seller say to PayPal? Have a look....

Okay so asked the seller one last time to please refund me the $26 according to the dispute on PayPal and then I will send him $6 for the "cheap views" that go my video banned back. I am not unreasonable and I give my word I will send him the $6 back for the above mentioned. http://www.screencast.com/t/zt7TIIPvdMJ

No reply since I sent it an hour or so ago... I am off to bed. Hopefully he respond by morning! If no... its to the SHITLIST

in a week I gained an approximately 58k likes on my FB Page, in this same week, I have lost almost 40k of those likes. Just wondering why this has happened?

The Seller Ignores my posts completely! And no reply on Skype.... So lets see if he bullshits you as well by not giving you a refund to your PayPal like he did to me! Well done SELLER.....

This looks really bad for the Seller. Was planning on buying views but after I saw that he ignores his buyers I will go some place else! Some mod should help the buyer out.
 
[UPDATE 05Sept2014]likesmatic contacted me via PM and ensured that everything would be resolved in 24hours at the max. I will be posting another update tomorrow reflecting my order status then.

I sent my likesmatic order id, paypal transaction id, and urls to you via skype.
It seems like there are problems with multiple services at this time.
Not only have by twitter followers stopped increasing, but all of my facebook likes have disappeared as well.
Do you have an ETA on when these problems will be resolved?
If it will take more than a couple days I would like to request a refund.
Please let me know.

I am planning to place an order. Will you be able to deliver? The a/m posts are not very encouraging. That's why I am asking this.
 
Just want to update the Status of my refund from this Seller.

I woke up this morning to a full refund in my PayPal account as well as a friendly messages from someone else called Sam working for this "service". I got an apology and an explanation to why this happened. Most importantly everything is 100% sorted now. Seems when you get in touch with the right people things get sorted quickly.

my 20k went to <2k as well. I needed to pay 35% extra for 'protection'. Did u get the same answer? Or he does it free on your order?
 
so 24 hours pasted after likesmatic sent me the PM and promised to resolve the issue, but still nothing
i have initiated the dispute process w/paypal
please issue me a refund

Just out of curiosity, what what the explanation?
I received a friendly message as well promising my issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing happened.

Through my interactions with the seller he ensured me that he would resolve my issue within 24 hours, but there was never any mention/discussion regarding "protection".

Seller was very prompt to reply at first... then after I made a purchase it started going down hill day by day. It's now been over a week and my services still aren't delivered.
