Here are my results: didn't seem to work for me to get ranked for new site(see attached). Medium competition kw(840K results), health niche, onsite optimized.

5/16: ordered, unranked
6/3: delivered, unranked
6/27: unranked. never ranked in google

Just used this service before and after so I can isolate package effectiveness. Maybe others will have better results than I did.

You didn't enter your forum user name when ordering so I can't look you up that way. Can you can pm me the email you used when you made the order so I can find it?

There was one person that ordered on that date that didn't enter a forum user name and it is in the health niche. If that is yours, then the keyword you used is a very competitive one. Number of search results definitely does not indicate competitiveness of a keyword. To rank for competitive keywords you must also have consistent backlinking and consistent updates to your site with unique content.

Your site (if it is yours) has only five pages indexed in Google, 3 of which are exact duplicates (all showing both of your posts). The other two pages have these posts on it's own page. Such a site will never rank in Google because of duplicate content. Duplicate content on the same domain is a sure rankings killer.

Ranking depends on a lot of factors. You must also have good content and if you are taking on medium to high competitive keywords, you will need to also have consistent backlinking and freshly updated content. Link Ascend will give you solid high pr links but to for assured lasting rankings (especially for competitive keywords) you should not rely solely on one backlinking method. Many people have had great success by combining Link Ascend or Niche Rank with SEO Maximus which gives you daily drip fed links.
