Any update on my order? It's been more than a week.

I apologize for the delay, people. There were a few reasons to what led up to this:

There was a communication problem where some of our messages did not get through. This meant we couldn't get further clarifications from clients about their pending order.

It is summer break now, so a few of my writers went for a vacation, so the workload was distributed between half the usual number of professional writers in my team.

However, the communications have now been fixed and all queries to any pending answers have been replied to. Our team is fully back and is now hard at work to clear the backlog.

I have sent 50% of all pending orders out today. The remaining ones will be sent by either today or tomorrow. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the delay and have PMed each of you individually.

All orders today should have the normal TaT of 3-5 days again.
