installed software is just chrome, filezilla and notepad+ i'm sure, just to get you up and running faster, nothing to write home about, more like a chocolate mint on your pillow.

i've experienced maybe 4 downtimes of 24 hour server downs, in 7 months? this might be double since i think i'm adding the fact that i have 2 servers from nuke, both 4cores.

but overall 24/7 my servers are always on and doing "something".

Been over 2 days and my server is not accessible and is turned off.

Who can I contact to get some actual support. I am paying for this service and I expect to have a working server and if not, at least get someone to contact me.

Wish I would have known that before. Two days and my server has been down and have messaged OP, write in his thread and wrote two tickets and no response.

First invoice overdue notice sent on September 21.
Second invoice overdue notice sent on September 22.
Third invoice overdue notice sent on September 23.
You failed to pay for the server and this is when your VPS was suspended.

If you need a free VPS for some time, just ask for it.
