I have had a partial report with four sites but am unable to view the links. Each time I click a link I am taken to an account suspended page. I have tried whilst being logged in and out of your site. Am I doing something wrong - order number 3GF61105F8527842B

Really sorry for that. Issue has been taken care of. All sites are back alive. It was a weird issue as we did pay but somehow did not get registered into system.
Again all sites are back. You can recheck partial report.

Please respond to support tickets faster. Paying customers shouldn't have to beg you to respond to inquiries. I still haven't received a response to my tickets. When service providers on BHW don't pay attention to providing fast and quality responses to inquiries, they start losing business. Keep that in mind.

We respond to 90%+ of all support tickets within a 24 hour time window and pride ourselves in treating our customers as best we can.
Please tell me your client ID and I will look into your situation now, because I can't find any unanswered support tickets on our system that are greater than 24 hours old.
I just find it a little strange how you have only 3 posts on BHW, 1 of which is praising us for an awesome service and then the next you are saying how we don't pay attention. Either way let me know and I'll check it out

The only negativity i noticed was towards support but that was just a misunderstanding as we always did our best and answered tickets within 24 hours. Since nobody seems to confirm i can assure you 50% of our clients are returning clients who have up to 7,8 orders with us. And they would have ordered more but we have limited sites and spaces.
