I am asked support about their speed. They add me in skype but when I've tried to ask something in skype they not gave me answers and only told me - create ticket on our website!
When I created ticket they responf only once per day! Even if I will send them message in ticket they will respond don't know when, and when they did it I was sent them another question immediately, hope they still online, but on my second questions they responde only next day!
It's a worst support I've seen ever in social media market panles!
Hope you will responde on this message (please responde to EACH question):
1. what is your actual speed on each type of views?
2. You told me targeted+HR views working as intended then why my order not moving - I added targeted+HR views?
You refused to cooperate, all you did was spam me and refused to listen to what I was telling you. I can't help you if you don't listen.
Did you read through their reviews man? They have horrible reviews for a reason. They keep blaming their CUSTOMERS when all they have to do is REJECT these so called "spammy videos". That's what any smart, honest, ethical business owner would do.
Drageyon won't do that however. He created 1 sales thread, it got horrible feedback, he created a 2nd (this one) same thing happened, and now he's going AWOL from BHW for very obvious reasons. It eliminates all accountability on his end. So now he can take peoples money and do w/e the hell he wants. Deliver 10 view a day, no views / day for weeks on end, promise refunds and never give them to you. He can now provide you with worse customer service (as if it wasn't bad enough) and the customer has NO RECOURSE, NOTHING they can do to get help.
We stopped advertising on BHW because there is no point carrying on redundant conversations with 6 or 7 users who had no interest in using our service as intended, but complained anyways.
I used this place a while ago and it was a nightmare. First they told me "views were delivering fast". Then it took 2 months to deliver 10k out of 25k views. I politely asked for a refund, cause I realized they were bs'n me with all the excuses. I was PROMISED by their ticket systems that I'd get one and NEVER DID. I asked again, they never responded back. End of story. Took my money, got my entire channel banned, promised a refund and never gave one. These were >>extremely high quality, non-spammy videos.
I don't make promises on tickets.. and this service doesnt lead to account bans.. if you can provide proof that that happened, by all means we're all ears.
Had I taken a picture of that ticket they deleted, I could have opened up a shitlist on this service (which I seriously regret not doing).
your ticket wasn't deleted. give me the ticket ID and undelete it if it was.
I quickly learned these people are in business to do 1 thing - get your money. Anything else is irrelevant.
Any claims they make about safety are bs. They can't and never will prove them.
Any claims they make about refunds (by their ticket system) are just a smoke screen. They say in their thread no refunds but on their site they WILL promise you a refund, then delete the tickets and stonewall you. That might not meet the legal definition of scamming but to me it's all the same.
Back to why we closed this ticket.. I have said atleast 10 times in this thread alone that we do not guarantee safety. There will always be a risk of video removals. It's against youtube's terms of service to purchase views of any kind. Even if we had a 0% removal rate.. we would still advertise a risk.
They even had a customer post a screenshot of 11,000 orders he made with Drageyon. 7,500 of those videos got banned. He's using this service as a NSEO service to get peoples videos banned, that's how "safe" QQtube is.

I'm so sick of this service, Drageyons arrogance, his attitude, his lies, his manipulation, his bs claims that he NEVER backs up with proof, his customer service, etc that I may invest a few hundred just to show mods how this operation REALLY works. I will register on his site with another account (on a random day/week) and I will RECORD every single promise they make to me through their ticket system. Then I will get this service properly shitlisted like it should have been a long time ago.
This is their business model in a nutshell....
1) Get your $$$.
2) Deliver shitty botted views over the course of months after promising you things were going "smooth" or "fast".
3) Get more than 65% of their customers videos banned (something we have concrete evidence of - the screenshot is right in this thread).
4) Promise refunds over the ticket system, delay you for a few days, delete the ticket then stonewall you (they do this all the time).
5) Blame customers who are respectable, well known video marketers who KNOW how to make HQ videos.... for THEIR crappy views / banning.
6) Blame YT, blame Google, blame blame blame everyone and everything but THEMSELVES.
7) Worst of all claim their views are "safe".
I'm yawning at this wall of text where you repeat yourself over and over.
1. We're a business, not a charity.
2. We don't deliver botted views.
3. the removal rate is 5%. One user is not indicative of the whole. The removals that due occur are usually easily prevented. One guy found an exploit. what else?
4. There were no promises made on anything. We have a policy, either you fell into it or you didn't. Your ticket wasn't deleted.
5. Respectable customers don't end up wasting time blackballing businesses that didn't work out in their favor.
6. Youtube has a policy against the purchase of views of any kind from any supplier. If any issues occur that prevent delivery or lead to the removal of a video, it's because youtube followed their terms of service, which you did not. We make these risks abundantly clear and at this point ignorance is no excuse. It's simply stupidity.
7. We don't guarantee safety. - We're back to repeating yourself over and over.
The REAL problem is these guys aren't forced to make any specific claims about ANYTHING. By forum rules, all they really have to do is take your money and deliver SOMETHING AT SOME POINT. Claims about safety, customers being at fault, etc.. they can pull all this right out of their ass. Anyone who reads their thread can clearly see a service this bad has no right being in the market place.

What urks me the most. Most services on here have to deliver what you pay for, within a specific time frame. These people are completely exempt from those rules. If you place an order and it takes a week just to START delivering... what can you do? You can't open a shitlist. All you can do is ask for a refund you're never gonna get. And you're forced to act all nice like they'll get their shit together. Then months pass by... you still don't have what was promised, and what are you suppose to do? Open a shitlist? No. These people can take 10 years just to deliver 25k views and you still can't shitlist them. They can promise refunds, delete tickets, and unless you're smart enough to take a picture... it's virtually impossible to get them shitlisted.
this makes absolutely zero sense.
My Advice -
Anyone who is naive enough to use this service, with a well documented, despicable track record... ask SPECIFIC questions before you order. Get SPECIFIC answers. Record everything they claim. When it comes time for a refund, politely ask for one. When they promise a refund just to get you off their back for a few days, take a SCREENSHOT. Then when they stonewall you, open up a shitlist.

ps. Dude basically said "I'm sick of you all, I'm done selling on BHW".... that's how much respect he has for his customers and peers. When BHW basically made him what he is. I know marketplace threads are created to make money, and I don't know what market place rules are. But if a seller just basically tells the whole forum and his customers to fuck off.... I couldn't think of a better time to return the sentiment.
According to you and this thread, he gets next to no success from BHW. Why end with a contradiction to your whole point?
EDIT: as far as everyone else is concerned. There were a series of major updates that prevented views from being delivered via our fast views and social sites/twitter views. The issue has been rectified, but it wasn't isolated to only our services. Our competitors suffered the same hit.
! Still slow, but better, 200 - 400 per day.
