So i guess those views are not good for new videos but what if i have old videos 1-2 years with over 20k of views is then safe to boost it or it can get deleated also?
We are aware of the removals and have been working to resolve the issue. As always, this is a risk when purchasing views of any kind from any supplier and we have been working diligently to resolve every ticket issued regarding this. i have 50$ + in my qqtube account and its useless since their service is useless and i get my videos remvoed for tos most of the time i requested 30$ from the account be refunded back to my paypal and they reply saying that they cant do this because it already been 60 days. what a stupid excuse. looks i like i have no other option than opening a dispute with paypal which i dont know will work as it been almost 2 months since the transaction. stay away from qqtube they are not refunding balances and their serivce is a joke my last 15 orders were removed for bad quality views and refunded
I'll give you $35 for the account if its set to reseller pricing. $25 if its set @ regular pricing.
QQ isn't lying to you either, after 60 days, if you are using paypal, they can only send you money directly, not a refund on the original transaction(s).

Hey everyone. Lets address paypal refunding since this has been a bit of a topic recently. Occasionally customers will ask for a paypal refund and we oblige them. However there's this system in place by paypal to where after 60 days, you can no longer issue a refund.
It is in my opinion (i say this because apparently to say otherwise causes drama) that this is in place as the general consensus that after 60 days of using a product or service that you paid for, you have adequately satisfied the value of the product.
As stated often, there is ALWAYS a risk of video removals when purchasing views and at this point there is truly no excuse for being unaware of this fact when using this type of service, whether from us or from other suppliers. Least of all should it come as a surprise to users who have continued to do business for several months. While we honor our refund guarantee and go above and beyond to accommodate our customers for every issue that can arise when using our service, at a certain point, we must avoid stretching ourselves too thin.
When Paypal stops the ability for us to refund a transaction, we feel that we too should no longer issue the refund as to send a manual payment breaks the log of the transaction entirely and can cause many different issues.
If we can not refund the transaction, we will not issue a manual payment. It's not a scam to do this. It's responsible business management.
With that said, the funds you purchased are available indefinitely on your account and do not expire. The excuse that you can no longer use them because "deletions happen" is invalid as the entire pretense behind our policies and youtube's terms of service is that "deletions can happen".
As far as over delivery. We do not over-deliver on services as typically what is ordered. Customers like to get what they pay for and we cannot deliver differently than what is advertised either above or below.

Ordered 2000 "fast Views" only got 1000 and very slowly. SYstem is definitely not working good recently.
