I tried to submit to all three types of views but it didn't take any of my orders.
Hey everyone, we've resolved the issue with the orders not being processed. They are actually in our system and if they do not appear in the dashboard please send a ticket with your URL and we'll confirm that they are in the system regardless of what is displayed, however I can assure you without looking that the orders were in the system based on the issue that arrose and the fix that repaired it.
I understand you have had a poor experience for the past 2 weeks, however it is unfortunate that you came aboard during a series of massive changes to our entire system. As stated multiple times here, in tickets, and via skype. There have been many many changes and the view speeds were affected as a "needful" compromise pending our updates. The speeds have been returning to normal and if you are still experiencing slow speeds, all i can ask is that you remain patient. I review every URL provided to me to ensure that i do not mistakenly dismiss an order as in progress when there is an actual issue with the order.
We have disabled the unknown error option entirely and should you have any errors or video removals you should issue a ticket so that i can resolve this for you.
As for the newest issue, it has been resolved, I had addressed this already before your post.
Please review the latest forum posts before posting as this helps all parties involved save time so that I can more efficiently help you.
i don't get this, you have 3 type of views:
![]()
I picked up the fast views to test the speed, but in my order it says
![]()
Just an advice, you should rename these things to the same becouse it gets really confusing, even more for people ordering for the first time. It shouldn't say "Fast views" in service, instead of "Low risk Retention views"?
I feel lost
This question keeps getting asked and is not being answered; please answer asap as we all want safe views!
What's the difference between safe twitter and safe social? Are both slow? The fast views is an updated version of our old low risk service. We'll update this shortly but fear not. The fast views are a safer, fast version of the old system, our new "safe views" systems are much more secure and so far have resulted in zero video removals since their inception.
I submitted 2 orders 24 hours ago. Exactly 24 hours ago. With both type of views, retention and no-retention fast views.
Order kept "in progress" for hours. I didn't check it till some minutes ago and this is what i found.
The famous "unknown error".
What now?![]()
I just hate it when i log in to panel and i find out 70 % videos get error " Unknown Error " WTF and 25 % Videos shows in processing stuck up and 5 % completed . It this you call service ????
I HAVE ADDED NEW ORDERS JUST NOW FOR TWITTER SAFE SLOW VIEWS . HOPE YOU IT DOES NOT GET MESS UP . I WANT VIEWS IN 24 HOURS .
Ugh no reply again.Email me the URLs and we'll get you squared away.
Ugh no reply again.
What is the difference between twitter views n social media views? Speed difference?
I get the same error every time I order "Fast Views - No Refunds." Instead I get "low risk retention views" on my orders. I also do not understand the price increase on high risk views. They are suppose to be cheap and these views are not even fast anymore. QQTube, I need fast high risk views back in working order or this service is no use to me anymore.
Email me the URLs and we'll get you squared away.
wow so many negative reviews...
When do you will fix those issues? I need fast views what is delivery speed?
Okay -
I have one more question . I ordered twitter slow views so are they safe ? if i make my video public and views continue to flow on it . Will it be safe ? As your old low risk retention views were not good . They often result in video deletion .
"or this service is no use to me anymore." dude they don't even care if you use or don't use this service lol, threatening won't work.
I think you misunderstood and it's not a threat. I need fast high risk views and they were working fine a week ago. 300-500 views per day is not fast enough.
