I have used this service for a few months now, on 6+ videos, about 3-10k+ views on each, few thousands likes, on a channel with a moderate subscriber count of 10k+ that gets minimal-moderate real traffic, and not a single video has been taken down, or has had views removed. Never really had any issues with speed of delivery. Sometimes a tiny bit slow, but nothing too major. I have used only low risk views, worldwide and country targeted, retention and non. I have to think it must be some combination of these factors:
1. Channel's natural traffic vs. bought views.
2. Channel's subscriber count.
3. Amount of views/likes sent to a single video (ordering too many views or likes).
4. The content of the video.
If your videos are getting deleted, it's either because you've got blackhat content, or content that people often buy views for (gaming videos, for instance), you've not got a lot of natural traffic, you don't have a lot of subscribers, or you're ordering too many views or likes at once.
That's my advice. Haven't used the service in a couple weeks, but I've had no issues whatsoever yet with deletions or bans.
As far as I'm concerned, D has a good service here, and the problem is with Youtube and the people who order.

No increase, yesterday I put some views to my vids - 0 views
As you guys are obviously well aware, the speeds have not quite returned to normal yet and we are aware of this. Please do not be alarmed as this is not a permanent speed and we will be returning to normal as soon as possible. I'll keep you guys updated here once the speed returns to it's normal pace.

So the seller should know who I am, I emailed you about three times yesterday asking when your "massive update" would be complete and they said all speeds should be back to normal by yesterday (July 13) Well nothing has changed and when I tried to contact them about it Of course no answer! These people have answered my emails almost within the hour when I usually have a problem but when I tried to ask them about why none of the campaigns I started (3 10,000 view high retention videos). They said their update should have been done and their speeds should be FASTER than before but thats not the case.
I spend my hard earned money on these services and they have been good in the past (Delievered 10,000 views in a day like they advertise) but now they email me with them saying it can take up to 72 hours to get the views (again not what they advertise) well three days later....nothing. Don't bother emailing them because they will direct you to this forum. Until they fix this problem and address it to me I will keep posting updatees on here about how these people appear to be scamming me...

Unfortunately for the three of you, Quality is our primary concern as a business and we will always put quality above all else.
As stated to Beshabam over 7 times before referring you to this forum post. We are thoroughly testing and upgrading our product to ensure that we have eliminated the problem that was causing videos to be removed.This has affected the speed of our views temporarily and while this can be a slight inconvenience, it was absolutely necessary for the benefit of all parties involved including the three of you and others who are now claiming that they "don't care about quality"
We'll be returning the speeds to their normal speeds as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

still no twitter followers have been added. exactly the same issue with my previous instagram order. tested other service shop sellers with same profile links and absoloutley no issue there so it MUST be on your side!
allright im asking my self now seriously if any of your services is even working as advertised and if it is maybe time to add your marketing thread to shit list. i got CLEAR PROOFS that i payed, ordered, made everything right from my side, and you guys simply cant deliver. i dont get what i payed for and your system is telling me this joke error when i try to refund i.e. for deleted YT Videos after using your service etc. "Refunds are temporary disabled".
