Yes thats totally right. The views are veeeery slow. My 10k order which i made 2 days ago has only recieved 4,5k. Its not my fault. My video is completely made by myself and there is no type of copyright music in it. But you say on your site that you deliver upto 10k and more PER day. I really love your service. No video has been banned right now and i know that many people who say this upload crack,hack and other videos of this type. If you can make the views faster, then i will order over 100k but it really takes too long. But thank you for your service. Its the best one i saw after a half year. The site looks really great and its so easy to order them. Everytime i make a order i think this is a professional site like amazon or ebay 
For me personally, the slower speed is just fine. Getting the low risk, high retention views, with likes/dislikes, shares, comments mixed is working well for me.
Also, it seems like sometimes the qq site is a little slow on updating the view count etc. so maybe it's going a little faster than it seems.
You also need to account for YT always doing something weird to their system.

Order quite a few different packages and half have been delivered, the other half haven't. On the 2 subscribe packages i bought it states i had 744 before i bought the subs, it then said at current count 925 was complete. How-ever i bought 250 subs which would = to 996 subs, it seems i have been short counted?

UPDATE:
Due to others being patched, we've had a crazy influx in orders the last couple weeks. We're doing our best to keep up with the orders, but please be patient. We're going to work on speeding up High Risk, Low Risk and Subscribers tomorrow. Then things should go back to how they were 2+ weeks ago, if we still can't keep up with it, the only way to handle the orders and keep complaints down about speed is to increase pricing, which I don't want to do and you guys don't want either. We're working on it, just give us some time guys.
- All views will be sped up starting tomorrow
- Subscribers we are working on speeding up big time
- We're about to change how we do YT likes and we're going to complete all orders instantly unless you choose drip feed, we're also going to lower pricing. This should be done Mid next week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
- We're going to add something to the dashboard that shows errored out videos, why they are errored out and then will allow you to refresh the submission, once you fix whatever reason the video is errored out. This should be done by the end of next week.
