hi Dagreyon i have buy some views for my videos and everything is ok until now the only problem is this message at my analytics page.
We undercounted views from April 29th through May 12th by about 2% and on May 14th by about 10%. We will be adding those views back in over the next couple of weeksIs this something that i have to worry??

and it said there were 2 errors, I had $15 in my balance and 500 set as amount...

Anyway, I'd like to say that this is for sure the best service I've used. I admit I never tried the support system, I just went straight to the source and got my problems solved super fast. Degrayon was actually responding to my PMs faster than I was returning them. Overall, great service! If are a new customer, still on the edge about using this service, please don't let all these negative posts distract you. Degrayon will not rip you off in any shape or form.

Noobish question but since I never monetized my vids till now, do you want monetization disabled for just the video or for the whole channel while you deliver views?

Doesn't matter honestly, it does not change anything if it is monetized, but it won't count towards you earnings.

All tickets have been responded to. The only time that you don't get the money into your account automatically is when you deposit using an eCheck, which doesn't clear instantly. Since we don't get the money, we don't give the money until it does clear. I'm sure that's what happened here, if not PM me the info.

All videos using this service were DELETED yesterday. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! VIEWS ARE NOT SAFE!

And when did we claim it was safe? Last I checked we give a clear warning. On top of that, there was not even a mass ban in the last week, so I'd love to see your links and proof of this. Others can vouch for this.

I've been waiting to get my views for over 24 hours now, still received 0 (null, zero, nothing). I've sent you a ticket but got no answer. There's no option to refund, even though the videos are stuck at no views at all.

Everything is running fine, so there's something wrong with your video that is blocking the views, or you uploaded it to our site when the video was still processing and it errored out right away. PM me the link.

Will I get a refund if I add a new order then? So far the support didn't really hurry to contact me. What about the videos that were processed 100% and got stuck on 500 views out of 1000?

We don't stop views until we fully complete the video, so you'll get them until completed.

The views are really slow at the moment. Ordered 2000 low risk views and only received 1000. In the beginning the views were fest and got to 1000 within 12-16 hours. But since it hit 1000 views it just stopped moving. And it?s stuck on 1000 views for 12 hours now.

Same here, I can't publish my videos because of the fact that they are stuck at 500 views. That also means I'm losing money right now and I'm not talking about pennies here. Obviously the support doesn't give a damn and they didn't answer to any of my e-mails nor tickets for the last 2 days. Great service suddenly turned into sh*t.

The issue with views not completing was a bug on YouTubes side, you can check SocialBlade, there were some videos and all subscribers didn't move for 48 hours, nothing I could do about that, but it's fine now. If it's not moving still, PM me the link. As far as support goes, I fired the last guy due to his lack of timely responses, I've got a new person now and she's all caught up, sorry for the delay, everything is back to normal.

I'd love to see the link. If you ordered high retention, that's what it will get. I test things daily, it's working perfectly fine. Send me the link and I'll take a look, but if it hasn't moved in 2 weeks, it errored out for some reason.

Why would I blame myself when everything is running completely fine. Views are increasing, I test and watch the system daily. PM me the links, I'd love to see them and then I'll come back here and tell you exactly why your views are not moving. If there's issues where our viewers can't view the video, it errors out and doesn't move, if there's no issues, views count completely fine and have been.

Nope and this is exactly what I was trying to explain people above, there were several server issues YT was having and stuff wasn't counting right, this had nothing to do with us and was completely out of my control.

Unfortunately being a black hat forum, there's a lot of people that do black hat things and then try to pass blame onto me and then people act as if I just blame people for my problems, when unless I'm 100% sure, I ALWAYS offer a refund. Unfortunately that's the nature of reviews though, people like to post about issues rather than when things go well. I appreciate the positive feedback and everything is running fine as usual, anyone above with issues, is having issues because of something with their video or because of the YT server issues a few days ago. When there's issues on our side, I take full blame.

The more views, likes, comments and subscribers, the better in all honesty. And I'm not just saying that to try to get you to purchase more.

All emails have been resolved. If you deposited money, you get it instantly. The only time this doesn't happen is when you pay with an eCheck, which doesn't clear instantly. So, check PayPal, I bet you paid with one, which would be why it hasn't been put in your account, we wait until we receive the money, when we do, we release the funds.


UPDATE:
- Risky views orders have been sped up (Double what it was before)
- Subscribers orders have been sped up (Double what it was before)
- Views are running perfectly fine, anyone who is having issues with not getting views, there's something wrong with your video that errored it out and you need to PM me the link and I'll tell you what the issue is and we can then resolve it.
- All Support tickets have been resolved. I apologize for the delay in responses the past week, I fired my last guy due to him not doing them within 24 hours always, from this point on everything will be resolved within 24 hours again, sorry guys!
