How will the custom comments work exactly? And do you know when they will be available? And if not choosing custom comments what will the comments look like currently? Will they look genuine and relevant or just auto generated or something?

It's obviously something with your video then. In which case, I don't see what good you posting in my thread about receiving one view is. Instead send me a PM with the info so I can find out what's wrong with your video, causing the issue. This is not an issue with our service.
Right now there are not custom comments it's just normal comments. Custom comments you will select on the panel it will bring out a box, each line break will be a comments. So you can type whatever you want and you will get exactly those comments. Everything will be automated and instant start.
When done you will basically:
Login to the site
Select comments
Custom Comments
Type in all the comments you want to me posted
Press add
Within an hour they all start to show up

Another case of uploading too early. We are not other resellers, we do our own views, we do everything in house. With that said, when you add a video through us, it starts instantly. The problem that's happening for some people is they upload a video, add through us and it's not done processing to so it can't be viewed and when it starts getting views (instantly) our viewers can't view, so it errors out right away.
Long story short, be patient and wait until videos are fully uploaded and live...

I've used this service and it's quite good 
, the retention is between 50% to 70% and compared to other sellers thats pretty good.
I bought some "High Retention" views from another seller and the retention was from 19% to 39% completely BS

Thank you for the info about comments. Yes I understand the custom comments are not available yet. The non custom comments available now, how do they work?
And I wanted to ask something else as well. What sort of retention is on the geo targeted views? Can it be possible to purchase views with 90%+ retention from you and have them geo targeted?

Retention is random per viewer and random per video. It's always high though, but can't guarantee 90%+. GEO views are the same retention as normal.
UPDATE:
Instant Ratings speeds have been increased big time.

There is no drip feeding. But our speed is pretty much a natural drip feed. GEO is hr if you select HR.

It seems to me this service is not useful if you already get 600+ views per day genuinely. You have a speed of 600 per day, and your counter does not distinguish between views you provide and views received in other ways.
Are you planning anytime soon to increase the speed, like 5000+ per day?

Retention is the same, regardless of GEO or non. The retention varies between 60-90%.
Front end tracking only tracks the difference in YT, for convenience for the users. Backend sends all the views. The only way you would be getting 600 views a day is if you added the video to get 1,000 views total. The more it's added for, the more it gets per day.
No idea, we're still working on it. It's taking forever, so I don't want to give a timeframe anymore.
