Unless you chose GEO, that's just your video. There's either copyright issues or something wrong. Either way, send me the link and let me take a look, because that's not normal at all.
Speed is completely dependent on what you add the video for. The more you add to the link, the more it gets per day.
Send me the link, that's just you, that's not normal. You also have to realize that the lower the submission, the lower amount of views you get per day and it progressively slows down when it's about to complete the order off. This is the most natural way we can do things....Really slow HR Views, I made order on 8th of march, now it is 12th, but still didnt receive my 1k views...Wish they were faster!

5 Days ago i bought 10000 HR views and 25 comments for my video, but my order is not yet delivered..?? I tried contacting so many times but no one is responsive.

Tried contacting so many times where? I respond to PMs here within 24 hours, I respond to Skype within 24 hours and support tickets are responded to within 24 hours. Your video is moving as I can see from the Screen shot. Send me the link and I will see if there's an issue with the video.

That is because a stolen credit card was used to purchase views for this video under a different account. So either you're committing fraud, or someone else you purchased from is using stolen credit cards to purchase our services to fulfill their orders. If you used someone else, please email me the info to [email protected] as we are conducting an investigation on the matter to pinpoint the site/person who is doing this.

NOTE:
You can not add a video while it's processing. We start everything instantly unlike others, so when you add it too soon, it goes into the system and errors out because the video can't be viewed yet because it's not done processing. Basically just make sure you wait until your video is fully processed to add it.

HR View speeds are decent, i'm adding 2000-3000 views per video and getting around 500-700 views daily... not too bad.
Haven't really experienced video removal with these views lately either.. so good job Dagreyon keep it up

Ordered 20K country targeted views on 2014-02-19 5k delivered till now. Too slow.

That's because you ordered Country Targeted. If you need GEO, we do it, it's just slow. There's no other option, no one else can do GEO but us. If you want them faster, don't do GEO. If you need GEO, you just have to take them at those speeds...

Now video have about 5000 (increasing trend) and best thing , the video is on page one of search results for "song name", "song name cover" by big competition with 0-700 000 views. For me is speed okay (very natural)

Custom comments are pretty much identical to the current setup, but you're be able to define what you want each commenter to say. Still working on how to easily allow customers to add it and it be automatic as it currently. When it's done, you'll see it on the panel under Comments you'll be able to select custom comments.
