No there is a direct download on the main website, this may change in the future but it has always been this way since release, you can get it from there.

You can use the Advanced settings tab to output a file containing your proxies to any file and then load the proxies in to Scrapebox in the normal way in which you would do it.

I started looking in to it but there were just not really any that could be added at this time. I will put a bit more effort into this in the week and see if there are any more sources that can be used.
The sad reality these days is that Google is banning IPs far more quickly these days and it makes it very hard to find any fresh IPs that have not been abused. This is seen when using any tool these days and doesn't show any signs of changing any time soon.
I do not provide any proxies, this is a software that can be used to find proxies and check them automatically.

It appears that the proxy judge being used to determine whether a proxy is transparent or not was changed yesterday.
I have fixed this now and updated the software with this fix. You can get the update by clicking on the Update button in the tool bar within the software.
If you do not see the update button you can restart the software and it should then be visible and ready for use.
With this new update all should be back up and running as great as it always has.

The proxy is for 7 days without limits in that time.
