It really depends on what you are going to do with them.
If you are looking for searching (scraping, harvesting w/e you want to call it) proxies then you will get more than 100 proxies which will be usable for searching and they will be more useful and far far cheaper than semi dedi proxies.
If you are looking at signing up for accounts at different sites you will get even more than you would searching proxies and it will be more efficient.
If you are looking at general posting proxies then you may find the semi dedi proxies to be more efficient but as always it will be at a huge premium.
The issue with semi dedi proxies is that you never know how many others are using them or what they are using them for, for example if you are looking to use them for scraping and will be using them in such a way that they don't get burned you have no idea if the next guy is running them ragged and getting them burned out really quickly.
At least with public proxies there is always another proxy to use, I have NHP running 24/7 on a test server at just 35 threads and it never really dips below 200 working Google passed proxies except on rare occasions. As a proof of what NHP is capable of I started a thread in the Proxy lists section of this forum to show how many Google passed proxies can be harvested while running at really low number of threads, you can see the results here

This is a great tool, just try 1 day and decided to purchased after i try. but i need more quality source from other site, i hope you can add more source proxy. success rate 300 proxy max both annymous and elite

My test server running at 35 threads is currently finding about 550+ anon / elite proxies (with 250+ being elite). As 35 threads is on the low end and the server it is running on is relatively underpowered with a lot of other tools running I would expect this to be roughly the baseline of what I would expect.
If you are looking for just anon/elite proxies I would suggest to use the limit on the output options as opposed to outright blocking transparent proxies. Lots of transparent proxies are fine for searching and finding more working proxies so it could be that if you are blocking trans proxies in the Proxy Testing settings tab then you may be better served setting the min to transparent and then using the output option to limit to just output anon / elite proxies.
I hope that is clear and not just an incoherent ramble.
I do update the proxy sources regularly, the last time was about a week and a half ago (most other tools don't have their lists updated more often than every 6months, if they update them at all). As proxies are searched for based on the proxies in your list No Hands Proxies is more than capable of finding fresh proxy lists on its own.
If any of what I put doesn't make sense just let me know.

i have test only 25 thread running, maybe i have to switch to vps with powerfull machine and connection. i just setting in minimum proxy with anon

As I said in my previous post, you may get more proxies by leaving the value in the Proxy Testing Settings tab to Transparent and then limiting by Anonymous in the output options.
It might not make a world of difference but it should help to find some more proxies.

You can block by region and port, anonymity level and whether or not it is usable on a specific website already.
Is that what you mean?

Wrong, and don't know what your calling basic but you can load proxies from a file every X minutes, harvest proxies from the internal proxy sources, harvest from the custom proxy sources, harvest from a Google 24 hour search or do all 4 at once while harvesting urls. http://www.scrapebox.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/serp-scraper-settings1.png

I said correct me if I'm wrong for a reason, because I wasn't 100% sure, also it looks like I wasn't the only one that thought this as nobody corrected me on it for over 2 weeks. Either way thanks for clearing it up.
You have to do the update manually but it is just a case of hitting the Update button that only shows when an update is available, then follow the prompts and the update is installed.

Yes, you can output to a file (.csv or .txt), output to email and / or output to an FTP server. You can also have different proxy types output to different locations.
