Having some problems exporting to FTP, any idea? :)

You need to add ftp:// or ftps:// at the beginning of the server address depending on which protocol your ftp server allows you to login under.

If you are ever unsure about how to use a control just hover over it to get an explanation of what it is and the input it accepts.

Can you add a 'delete all' button? I use your software to scrape a few hunderd proxies at one time but it really irritates me to close to program and start the program again to start at 0 with finding proxies, if you know what I mean.

Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem. I will look to add this in a future update.

Hi, I'm enjoying NHSEO/Proxy products. I also use Scrapebox. Would appreciate some clarification re Scrapebox [SB], I scrape a few hundred proxies, maybe even 1,000+ at a time, go into SB - filter - use anon Google passed proxies, but don't really do so well harvesting URL's - I keep getting 403 Errors - what could be I doing wrong and what could I try different? I've watched most of your intro vid's (and SB intro vid's), so I think I've got the basics covered, but would welcome any ideas for getting better result, please? Thank you. (I do appreciate you've got no say on how SB operates, just thought you or someone else may have encountered this type of issue before)

UPDATE: Have tried a few things, but still not having any luck with Google - any suggestions, please?

Hi, can you add Tagged.com (http://www.tagged.com/) website to you check list?

Thanks

One of the great things about No Hands Proxies is that you can very easily add any website you want to check for within the software. You just go to the Proxy Testing Settings tab and fill in the form on the right for the website and add the website. Then all you need to do is check the website in the list of websites and save your settings, from then on all proxies will be tested against that website.

Adding a website will only take a couple of minutes and once done it is always available to you.

I'm testing now the application. I have set to test proxies for Tagged.com and save passed ones to a text file, but the problem is I never get more that 100 proxies in a text file although the bot is continuing to scrape proxies and the proxy limit is unchecked in settings.

What can be a problem?

I don't get what you are referring to, is it that there are no more proxies being found other than the 100 or that out of the 1000+ proxies that are working only 100 of them are working with Tagged? After I setup Tagged.com as a website to check against I very rapidly got about 200 proxies passed on Tagged, this was well in excess of 90% of the current working proxy list. This number would have risen very quickly had I left it running more than a couple of minutes.

Did you set any proxy testing settings besides adding tagged as a website to test against?

The software finds many working proxies but that don't pass the website check and have a red cross next to them. Just near 100 proxies pass website check and have a green check mark. When I start the software it finds about 20 Tagged passed proxies in 5 minutes. Then in about 10 - 15 minutes it won't exceed 106 found Tagged proxies.

In my case Tagged passed proxies make only like 5-10% of all working proxies found. Not 90% in any way!
I set http://www.tagged.com/ as a website and "The social network" as the success string. Do you have the same settings for a website check?

The strange thing also is that when I close the software, the output text file becomes empty. Why? Also during proxy testing the number of proxies in the output file always changes. Why won't it grow? I want it to constantly find new proxies and to grow the list of the working for tagged.

And no, I didn't set any other proxy testing settings besides tagged. Should I?

It is possible that sites like that tailor the website contents to the area that it believes the visitor is coming from so the text you are testing for likely isn't there when you are using a proxy from a non-English speaking country.

I tested for reg_form as that is the name of the form for registering and unlikely to change dependant on region of proxy being used.

The proxy file should not clear when you close NHP but it is possible it will output an empty file if no proxies are found to have met your output criteria when it is first loaded. The number of proxies in the output file will grow but only as the number of proxies that pass your output criteria grows.

In the output settings there is no option to delete a created output option. I can only put a check mark to select it or deselect but can't delete the wrong option.
Please take a look!

There currently is no option to remove output jobs, you can disable them and they will never be used when outputting or use up any measurable system resources. I plan on allowing users to remove these options but currently it is not yet possible.

Yesterday I uploaded a video showing how to use No Hands SEO with proxies just from No Hands Proxies, you can view it here. The video also shows the basics of outputting different types of proxies to different files (i.e. searching proxies to one file and posting proxies to another file) easily and how to set these different types of proxy files in No Hands SEO.

Check it out below:

If you want to see any more No Hands Proxies tutorial videos there is a list of them in the support forum

@jimbobo2779 Would scraping bucketloads of public proxies using No Hands Proxies for GSA be just as effective as using your own private proxies? Because it certainly is more cost-effective, and seems even better than using a few private proxies.

That is not really an X is better than Y sort of question. Personally I think a mix is better than one or the other.

My main reason for thinking that is because with No Hands Proxies you can have hundreds of Google passed proxies for searching and have a small amount of private proxies (5-20) for posting purposes. That way you can have lots of searching threads and get lots of targets whilst also keeping your IP away from any of the posts.

You can obviously use the proxies from NHP for posting as well but public proxies don't tend to be quite as reliable as private proxies so you may lower your success rate slightly if doing so, if you plan to do this make sure you have GSA loading the proxies very often (every 1 minute if possible) and have NHP re-checking the proxies around every 10-15 minutes. All of this is very simple to setup.

I just posted 357 Google passed proxies entirely from No Hands Proxies here to show that NHP is very capable of getting lots of Google passed proxies. All of these proxies were tested as being working no more than 10minutes prior to posting. All other tools that can output lists like this will be outputting proxies that could be more than an hour old and therefore no longer working (especially when Google is concerned).

Just purchased this Baby and putting her to the test!!!

Will update with a review after my test drive.

Hi, I have one question If I may ask?
Do I need to supply my one proxy source or the program has its own sources, because I don't know where to find good proxy sources?
