i didn't think i needed to scrape for proxies anymore
i have 100 private proxies
i have 25threads of reverse proxies
i have 4k of fineproxies
i have proxygo's service
and i have gscraper unlimited service

dear lord why would i want to scrape my own proxies again? i've used them all on this service, the horrible service from dexterproxies, the barely working powerproxies web/desktop thing of course crappy ass goblin proxy, which was replaced by proxymultiple, that you HAVE to buy addons for, for it to be even remotely worthwhile

so i get nohandsproxy fire it up, do the easy controls (b/c i've used nohandsseo since release). initially i tried to use it on my vps but that vps (i have 2 4core vps') seemed to want too much so i just redownloaded it on my home pc, which has FIOS and is an 8core 16gig.

almost 2k of googlepass proxies so far, i of course have my uses for these proxies (which will die in mere minutes).

3 years dealing with scraped proxies... the EASIEST program to use.

of course, it's from an ACTIVE and honest programmer/developer, Jimbo, he cares about his software, unlike MANY drive-by horrible (fake)programmers on here, you get quality.

and yes i bought(and still have active service) for all those proxy services b/c proxy goblin/proxy multiple suck ass.

will nohandsproxy replace all those services? no i'm going to use it along with all my current proxy subscriptions, because of the immense scraping my vps' do.

Lanx thanks a huge amount for yet another very thorough review of No Hands Proxies.

I've actually stopped using private proxies for searching altogether as I have been having better results searching with the proxies from No Hands Proxies, especially in No Hands SEO (since these last few updates to the way it searches). I am now using more stringent quality limits on my links and still getting more links than before.

I'm really happy that people that have been around the block a few times and really know what they are talking about can recognise how amazing this tool really is for getting proxies right now.

I had to reset the proxy test server, it shouldn't have affected anyone for more than about 5-30 seconds but if anyone is having any issues testing proxies today just restart the app and everything will be good.

I'm sure for most people though it won't have even been noticed.

I plan on getting some feature updates out this week so if anyone has any ideas post them here and hopefully they can be added to one of the next updates.

It really is taking the cake as far as finding Google passed proxies, with the ability to automatically switch proxies at a time interval or using keyboard hotkeys really puts No Hands Proxies in a completely different league to any other proxy harvester.

I would like outputs for two .txt files.

I would like to send the Google proxies to one .txt file (for NHSEO)

And the rest of the working proxies to another .txt file (for NH Pinger)

The speed/latency (ms) is indicated with each scraped proxy.

The latency (speed) of every proxy is checked and saved. You can also set a desired anonymity level for proxies in the Settings=>Proxy Testing Settings tab.

After seeing this question I have added a bandwidth indicator in the latest version, it can be found at the bottom in the status label labelled "BW".

Go to settings (The three horizontal lines below the closing X), then click on Advanced Settings.

Scroll down till you get to Network and click on the Change Proxy Settings tab.

Next click on the LAN Settings tab.

There you will see Proxy Server. Click the check mark that says Use a proxy server for your LAN and then enter the proxy and port in the required taxt boxes.

Click OK and you are done.

While you can do what diesel1 suggested there are actually a bunch of different ways this can be done from within No Hands Proxies as Chrome will (by default) use the regular Windows connection settings so setting the proxy directly in No Hands Proxies will also set the proxy in Chrome.

To set a proxy in Windows using No Hands Proxies you can do any of the following:
1) Press CTRL + ALT + P together and No Hands Proxies will apply a random working proxy
2) Click the "Set Random Windows Proxy" button in No Hands Proxies to have a random proxy applied
3) Right-click on a random proxy in the working proxies list and select "Set Windows Proxy" to apply that specific proxy
4) If you want a new proxy every X minutes you can use the "Random Proxy Settings" in the Settings=>"App Settings" tab

#1, #2 and #4 all are applied based on the settings in the "Random Proxy Settings" in the Settings=>"App Settings" tab so if you only ever want Elite proxies to be applied to Windows when you press the hotkey combination (CTRL + ALT + P) simply change the Min Anonymity option to Elite and save your settings.

That is the easiest way to apply a proxy to Chrome, Internet Explorer and many other apps that use your Windows Connection Settings (applies to many SEO \ IM \ Rank Tracking software).

If you want to only apply the proxy settings in Chrome I believe diesel1's method will apply it just to Chrome which may be what you were asking for but the other options are always there if you just want to be able to switch your IP quickly as if you have an expensive VPN solution.

At present I?m using it on two computers of which the oldest is a Windows XP SP2 setup with a 4Mbps ADSL line that is shared by 4 computers?


Running at 30 threads with 10 minutes re-checking I get between 1200-2000 working proxies and 150-250 Google passed proxies at any given time?


At a once off price of $27, NH Proxies is a bargain?It paid for itself within the first week that I bought it and since then it saved me a small fortune.

My days of buying private proxies are definitely a thing of the past.

These types of things have been posted and mentioned a bunch of times in here but I'll do so again for people that don't have the time to read through all of the reviews already posted.

No Hands Proxies is absolutely the best tool for finding Google passed proxies, hands down. Check out the screenshot below that shows how many Google passed proxies it has found in just 19minutes of running:

As you can see above after just 19minutes of running No Hands Proxies was able to find 324 working Google passed proxies, this is with fairly standard settings with the exception of the following settings:
1) Test for Google
2) Output to file every 60s
3) Re-test proxies every 15mins (could be higher to get more proxies but keeps the list fresher)

That's it, good luck finding any software or service that will get you anywhere near 300+ usable proxies for searching Google. After about 40minutes it is still running with 389 G passed proxies now and I expect it to maintain this level for the foreseeable future. I have literally just finished this test so these figures are not theoretical or "possible" they are what you could be using right now.

If using a tool for scraping you want Google passed proxies so that you can be doing more searching so yes these proxies can be used in the tools you mentioned just fine.
