I've given this one several chances on fixing the Twitter followers, but after being told that it would be fixed, the followers would go up, but then begin dropping off like crazy days later. I've tried three times with this seller and after leaving another PM a couple days ago and hearing nothing back, I just want a refund.

From the amount of people complaining on this thread, I'm surprised the moderators haven't taken a closer look as these kinds of services really make BHW look bad.

After several weeks of going back and forth this service is truly one that has become caveat emptor...

I'm a little confused about a drop in followers as I've kept right around 169-170K followers for the past 2 years now so I'm baffled at how they have suddenly dropped by 34K in a matter of days when they've been consistent through two years of Twitter changes. My biggest questioning of this is that I sent you a regular e-mail to you along with a PM on here some days ago which you never replied to. The simple explanation you give on this thread would have been very easy to do directly. I didn't immediately post on this thread so as to give you a chance to let me know what was going on, but as you neglected to do that after a few days, I went ahead and posted on this thread. Interesting enough, you responded in less than 24 hours on here...but still no on PM or e-mail.

The most followers after I ordered from was 186K which is only 16-17 K more than what there was when I ordered the service. I'm awaiting your PM to explain this anomaly to me. If we had in fact lost 36K followers in less than a week, our Unfollow service would have shown that. It only showed over the course of the week and average of only 10-25 unfollows each day which is pretty normal with Twitter.

This was another buyer who went through what many of us have where we even purchased 'Follower protection' at an added price but then soon lost them. Then after being force to comment on the thread after no communications via direct e-mail or PM they buyer suddenly wanted to fix everything along with wanting us to edit our original comments. The followers were added back but then disappeared yet again and again. That is definitely not 'Follower protection'.

It sounds like this once was a valid service, but from my experience since last month and many others, it doesn't look to last long if it continues these types of practices. I've reported this service to the admins as many of you have also to make sure others don't get ripped off.

If you are asked to change your comment on the thread with the promise of the problem getting fixed, don't do it. Make sure that the problem is fixed for a few months before changing it as this only encourages more people to lose out like the rest of us.

Beware of this Seller!! Do NOT purchase any facebook likes from him.

I purchased 25k likes from him. They were delivered very fast. Within 2 days the likes decreased by over 6,000!

I left a negative iTrader and a warning like this on his feed. He wrote me asking me to remove it because FB had done something to his accounts out of his control. So I removed the message from the feed and messaged an admin asking him to remove the negative iTrader. In the faith that he would correct the problem.

He did, This morning at 9:36am the account had 34,121 likes. I thought this would be the end of the situation. But sadly it was not.

At 6:23pm the likes had dropped to 32,851. Now it is 8:10pm and the likes are at 31,628 and steadily dropping.

For Anyone who is trying to keep up appearances this is obviously extremely embarrassing to your Real followers. Even more for me because it wasn't my account. It is a very good friend who I am trying to help (For Free, I even paid for the service).

So if you are looking to make someones fanpage look bad, then buy this service. Because their is nothing worse than loosing likes at this extreme of a rate.

Yea - I concur to watch out here - the payment link to PayPal was broken for the service I selected (www..paypal.com) an extra (.) in the PayPal URL - and that saved me from buying - I emailed them about the error and it looks like now they have fixed it and removed the drip feed option (which I had selected) but they never even had the courtesy to bother to email me back and let me know they had fixed the payment option on their site which I had taken the time to tell them was broken - because I was looking to buy fans.

I never promised you that the followers won't drop off. The thing I promise is I'll readd them till they get stable. Twitter is doing massive updates that's why is causing a lot of troubles. I've fixed for your three times before so I won't mind fixing them again for you. Please be a bit reasonable since I'm still delivering and sorting out your matter.

That buyer didn't bought protection. You can confirm from him. The drops are natural because you're buying 'likes' and are not your real fans. And the services are dirt cheap.

The issue that is occurring is that as the first time I posted on this thread, I had sent a direct e-mail and PM about the issue with no response. Once I posted on this thread, a response was quickly given. Looking at this thread, people can easily see that many people have gone through this exact same thing.

As for the buyer protection, I perfectly understand that it for if followers drop off. It's a little like being at a restaurant and having to continually send back your order as it's not right...after three times, you realize that your order is most likely not going to ever be right. That's what this has been like. I can understand if it's a small drop-off, but each time the followers are put at the right number, within 2-3 days they completely fall off which isn't normal. I know Twitter does changes, but the other Twitter service on here isn't having the same issues that you appear to be having.

I've been very patient in waiting for this to be resolved, but after 3 times and nothing has changed, it seems wiser to just get the refund and move on to another service that doesn't have the same issues that you appear to be having with Twitter.

Luckily, the admins here let me know that sellers can't do this if they've not provided the service that they promised. This is the kind of thing that makes BHW look bad. As doing this is very bad form, I have no problem showing my PM's from the seller.

What is very funny is that he's complaining about having to fix his own service when it doesn't work. That alone shows everyone here this definitely a 'caveat emptor' aka buyer beware thing now. The last comment made me laugh as the seller feels that after all this frustration, basically trying to force me to remove honest comments to get a refund (which like many of you on here is definitely just) makes everything even. You can only go so long trying this ploy on customers before it comes back to haunt you.

I've been a long timer on this site since 2008 and rarely complain, but this is one time the seller has really stepped over the line. I just don't want others having to go through what many of us are going through now. I put my order in back at the beginning of August and it feels that the seller was hoping that I would just get tired and go away. Not going to happen until the refund is given without trying to hold my money hostage until I do something for the seller in return. In a service business, it's all about doing right by your customers and not complaining to them or trying to force them to do things for you.

Now with Admins watching this thread, hopefully the seller will do the right thing finally.
