I can't do adult or gambling and some verticals I can do better than others. Family friendly stuff is typically the best for me.

1. This is the perfect kind of link for a new site. The way the guest posts are done are very safe and would not only pass a manual inspection, but also would clear any update like Penguin or Panda or any other kind of future animal related update.
2. I have seen movement for my own site in as little as 2 weeks but it was only preliminary. I have seen rankings improve even more after a month or so.
3. I don't like to do exact match keywords really (and I advise against it). I think this service is best for branded or long-phrase keywords. Each post ordered will contain 1 link to whatever URL you want.
4. I wouldn't be able to answer this question definitively without having a look at your site, its keywords, and its competition. Typically it is a very bad idea to build a ranking foundation off of a single kind of link. While this service is solid as a standalone, don't underestimate the influence a diverse backlink profile has on your sites rankings.
