You have to connect via their portal first, not via remote desktop.

You have to use their portal to setup the VPS before it will connect to the internet and allow remote desktop connections.

You need to restart the device in the web panel before you can find the folder with the drivers.

Here's my review:

I've been with these guys for going on three months. I just upgraded to the 4gb 4 core vps today because I will be a long time customer, so long as the quality of the VPS remains. That means I am happy with the service. I had a down time issue one day out of three months, thats it. I believe that is more than acceptable, and the prices are fantastic. My download speed is usually around 300 mbps, and thats pretty great compared to many other VPS packages in the same price range.

Only thing I dont like is they have an upsell for support, but for the price you pay, you can live with it.

Great service overall.
