After two months with these guys, I have to say that I'm not impressed. Although apignard is very nice (if you can catch him), they don't respond to your tickets until you get angry and yell at them that your VPS isnt working. They take the full 24 hours to respond to you, and their responses aren't helpful/correct half the time, so expect it to take 1-2 weeks to fix your VPS if it doesnt work/wasn't set up right. After 1 week of trying to get them to fix the second VPS I purchased with them, I gave up and switched to another VPS provider.

Theres also a ton of down time, and speeds are very slow. The windows is unlicensed as well, and just overall my experience has not been good.

If you're looking for a CHEAP vps, a good option is http://www.webkeepers.com/. I think their windows one is only $5, and I know their linux one is $3 per month. I've never used these guys before, but I've heard good things.

If you want a QUALITY VPS, I would recommend https://preloadedvps.com. We switched over to these guys and have had such a seamless and fantastic experience. Its $9/month, so slightly more than these guys, but they give you a proper version of windows, speeds are a lot faster, and the support actually helps you out

Had to install Windows R2 manually, later found that the RDP is not functioning.
Logged a ticket at 11:09 PM, and got it answered by 11:25 PM.

Support is exceptional! and I hope it will remain so in the future.
